Ted McGrath is a cause leader. He wants to inspire more people to transform their lives than any other person who has ever lived. His vision is to train 100,000 facilitators and coaches on the planet to solve real world problems such as famine, disease, poverty etc. His company and cause, RiZe Global, is making this vision a reality by first and foremost changing the game of business through helping entrepreneurs and organizations turn their Companies into Causes so each and every person can fulfill their passion, make money doing what they love, and serve millions of people across the world.
At the ripe age of 27, Ted McGrath was the # 5 partner out of 500 partners for a multibillion dollar life insurance company, where he taught leading edge success strategies combined with critical mindset conditioning for optimum results. The turning point was when “I was standing on the top floor of the Suntrust Building in Orlando, Florida with everything I thought I ever wanted, and I was left with a defining question ‘Is this all there is to my life?’ In that moment a cause for personal and global transformation was born.”
Ted has been trained by the best of the best on the planet. At the age of 21 he was enrolled in Strategic Coach, one of the largest entrepreneurial coaching programs in the world. He has shared the stage and mentored with Deepak Chopra, studied with Tony Robbins/Madanes Coaching, and is certified by the International Academy of Holodynamics and Science in unfolding human potential. Ted is also inspired by archetypal figures that represented and represent the collective consciousness of the world; people such as Ghandi, MLK, and other freedom fighters who stand for something and most importantly stand for a cause that’s bigger than themselves.
Ted’s free time is still devoted to changing lives thorough creating amazing experiences for others. Whether it be a daring adventure, an amazing vacation, an incredible dinner, or a powerful intimate conversation with friends, family, and loved ones. Ted loves anything that’s good for him and good for others and makes him feel alive.
